Every great company is born from a moment of truth. For our founder, Gregorio Escamilla, that moment arrived around 2017–2018. After over two decades building roofs for other companies, he’d seen enough shortcuts and even been stiffed on pay. Gregorio printed business cards, pulled on a logo sweater, and went house-to-house, street-by-street in Ironton. He put up job signs where allowed and got his first clients through simple conversations.
